Earth & Vine is one of two restaurants at Castleknock Hotel and was recently awarded Best Restaurant at the 2022 Fingal Chamber Business Awards. Earth & Vine follows a farm-to-fork concept based on great relationships forged with some of Ireland's best artisan producers. Taking these traditional ingredients, they are cooked in a contemporary style, letting their true flavours shine through, bringing you a truly Irish artisan food experience.

You can now enjoy an al-fresco dining experience in our new heated outdoor Earth & Vine Patio. With striking golf course views and a retractable roof, it’s the perfect luxury setting to wine and dine, even during the Winter. Embrace the delightfully pleasant ambiance of the patio with dinner from 5.30pm daily.
