Audrey McGowan
| Audrey has recently taken over from Dearbhla Sheridan who is currently on maternity leave. As manager of the department, Audrey oversees all the administration details up until the day of the event. Audrey is definitely the joker in the office and will regularly have the the rest of the team crying with laughter. A very infectious individual, she has worked in various departments throughout her 5 years at the hotel before moving to the Events Department in 2008. | ![]() |

Sales Manager
Ciara Sexton

Previously known as Ciara Delaney, she recently got married in our sister hotel Faithlegg House Hotel in Waterford. Having spent the past 18 months chatting non-stop about her wedding plans, the office is currently taking bets on her next favourite topic. She has worked in several Dublin hotels before beginning her current role at Castleknock Hotel in November 2008. Always the lover of a bargain, Ciara is the patron of various websites that she regularly visits and recommends to others during her lunch break
As Sales Manager, Ciara specialises in the initial planning, enquiry and contracting stage of the larger hotel events and residential conferences. She would be delighted to meet you to discuss your own particular needs for your event. She is available to meet at the Castleknock Hotel Dublin and give you a full tour of the hotel facilities or she is more than happy to visit you at your workplace.

Reservations Manager
Leona Mooney
| Leona is the manager responsible for all bedroom reservations for your event at the Castleknock Hotel Dublin. She has been with the hotel since its opening in 2005. A native of her beloved Kilcock Co Kildare, she will be heard muttering her trademark words or phrases such as 'super' and 'that's just fiddlesticks' to the amusement of her colleagues. Leona loves her night out with the girls and is considered quite the 'social butterfly'. | ![]() |

Assistant F&B Manager for Conference & Events
Silvia Weber
| Silvia is the manager in the hotel responsible for events on the day. Born and raised in Germany, she will often be seen moving around the hotel at very high speed burning off her strict diet of dark chocolate and strong coffee. A stickler for detail, Silvia has the most detailed standard operating procedures for her team which is often recognised by regular corporate visitors to the hotel. She has previously worked in hotels in Germany and the USA. | ![]() |

Jenni Fortune
| Jenni will be known to many hotel regulars from her many years working as a receptionist in the hotel. A self confessed teaholic, Jenni is currently working on cutting her intake to a mere 6 cups a day. She is a noted piano player although we're still trying to convince her to play for our guests in the hotel lobby. | ![]() |

Fiona Ginty
| Fiona is the incoming team member having just started in a part-time role at the Events Department combined with her current Duty Manager position. The softly spoken Fiona claims to love the famous surfing conditions of her native Co Sligo though she admits that she has yet to take the tags of the wet suit she bought two years ago. | ![]() |
