Tonic Health & Day Spa at Castleknock Hotel & Country Club includes a Day Spa on the first floor which is open to the public and hotel guests and a Fitness and Leisure Centre on the ground floor which is available to private members and hotel guests only.
The leisure centre includes an 18 metre swimming pool with panoramic views of the golf course and local countryside, a separate baby and toddler pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steamroom. The fitness suite is equipped with a variety of fitness statons including our new Power Plate machine.
There are also a range of fitness classes available including spinning, pilates and many more besides led by our experienced Tonic instructors. If you would like more information on our membership rates, please visit our membership details page.
Our Day Spa is open seven days per week offering a wide range of treatments including massage, waxing, facials, spray tans, manicures and pedicures. There are several individual, couple and group packages available some of which include overnight accommodation deals. You can also enjoy some peace and tranquility in our brand new relaxation room before and after your treatments.
