Castleknock Hotel & Country Club, AA Hotel of the Year 2014 have just launched a brand new lobby menu concept introduced by Executive Head Chef Neal Kearns and new Deputy General Manager, Roberto Leonardi. The new menu is designed with summer in mind with 4 additional salads introduced and a range of gluten free options There is also a fantastic new premium breakfast menu which includes a real mixture of traditional and healthy options such as Eggs Benedict, Flahavans Porridge and smoothies to name but a few.
In addition to the hotel’s popular Classic Caesar Salad, summer options such as a Garden, Summer Italian, Salmon and Braised Pork Belly Salad have now been added. Commenting at the launch, Deputy General Manager, Roberto Leonardi who has recently joined the team from the 5 star Westbury Hotel expressed his delight with the new menu and his passion to deliver the highest standards in food quality and service.
“We’re delighted to be launching our new lobby menu, the first of several changes to our existing food and beverage offering. This menu is designed to be suitable for guests and visitors looking for something light and tasty using local seasonal ingredients wherever possible. We’ve also added a number of new grill options which are already proving very popular.”
The menu is now available 7 days per week in the lobby and Fionn Uisce Bar.
