Facilities at the fitness and leisure centre are for the exclusive use of Tonic Health & Day Spa members and hotel residents, and is restricted to maximum numbers to provide a calm and peaceful environment.
Sweat towels are provided complimentary to all Tonic members while larger bath towels are available from the Tonic reception for just €2.
