Our Executive Head Chef at Castleknock Hotel & Country Club prides himself on culinary creativity, and has put together an extensive range of imaginative menus for a wide variety of events. If you would prefer, our chef can also completely custom-design a menu for you, to suit your occasion, tastes and requirements, in keeping with your specific budget. Adjoining the garden at the back of the hotel there is a furnished patio area which can be used for BBQ’s or outdoor receptions (weather permitting).
