Our Executive Head Chef at Castleknock Hotel & Country Club prides himself on culinary creativity, and has put together an extensive range of imaginative menus for a wide variety of events.
If you would prefer, our chef can also completely custom-design a menu for you, to suit your occasion, tastes and requirements, in keeping with your specific budget. Adjoining the garden at the back of the hotel there is a furnished patio area which can be used for BBQ’s or outdoor receptions (weather permitting).
Our Events Manager will be happy to assist you with every aspect of your event, from planning the menu, choosing the wines, helping with room layout and theming ideas. We have included a selection of our sample menus below.
