Adjacent to The Park Restaurant on the ground floor, the Brasserie restaurant is bright, airy and contemporary, providing our guests with a relaxed and informal dining option. Full Irish and Continental breakfast is served here daily from 7.00am – 10.00am, and 7:00am - 11:00am on weekends and bank holidays. Carvery Lunch is served from 12:30pm - 3pm (Mon-Sat) and from 12:30pm - 5pm on Sunday. There is a table d'hote dinner menu available each evening.
