Lewis Bannerman, our Executive Head Chef at Castleknock Hotel & Country has put together an extensive range of imaginative menus for your special day. If you would prefer, our chef can also completely custom-design a menu for you, to suit your tastes and requirements, in keeping with your specific budget.
Adjoining the garden at the back of the hotel there is a furnished patio area which can be used for BBQ’s or outdoor receptions (weather permitting).
Our events team will be happy to assist you with every aspect of your event, from planning the menu to choosing the wines, helping with room layout and theming ideas.
