All rooms are equipped with modern AV technology and high speed internet. Abundant natural daylight is a feature in 14 of our meeting rooms, and many offer a wealth of custom configuration and layout options.
The Phoenix Suite is the largest conference room in the hotel, perfect for a large range of meetings, events, lunches or banquets. Located beside reception on the ground floor, it is a multi-purpose venue with a wealth of flexible layout options and room configurations. The Phoenix Suite is made up of three rooms, the Sierra, Hawthorn and Walnut Suites, which can converge into one or two larger rooms as required. Depending on the layout style our Phoenix suite can accommodate a maximum of 130 people plus 6 at a top table theatre style or classroom style 80 people plus 4 top table. The Tower Suite is suitable as an alternative or addition to any of the Phoenix Suite conference rooms. Located on the ground floor with easy access to its own private bar, it also has an interconnecting door to the College Suite which is often used as a breakout room for food and drinks. The Tower Suite can accommodate 20 people board room style, 24 people classroom style including 2 top table or 32 people theatre style including 2 top table.
One of the most popular meeting rooms in the hotel, the Castleknock Suite is located on the first floor at the rear of the hotel. With stunning views on three sides, the room also boasts a large wooden balcony which overlooks the golf course and lake. The Castleknock Suite can accommodate 18 people boardroom style, 20 people classroom style including 2 top table and 32 people theatre style with 2 top table.
The Castle Suite is one of the smaller conference rooms on the ground floor. Blessed with an abundance of natural daylight, the room is popular for boardroom meetings, small conferences and private dining. The Castle Suite can accommodate 14 people boardroom style, 16 people and 2 top tables U-Shape/ Classroom Style and 20 people plus 2 top table theatre style.
The Boardroom is the most prestigious meeting room in the hotel. The fixed walnut boardroom table can accommodate 8 people. A large wall mounted LCD television screen provides a clear focal point for presentations, with 4 smaller desk monitors fixed to the boardroom table which can relay what is on the larger screen. Two backlit walnut framed white boards are ideal for note taking or brainstorming exercises.
Ashtown & Knockmaroon Suites
Both medium sized meeting rooms are located on the first floor, and can accommodate 10 persons including 2 top tables depending on set up style.
This is the smallest meeting room type accommodating up to 6 people allowing for social distancing. Suitable for interviews, small meetings, breakout rooms or presentations.
The first of its kind in Ireland, the Thinking Factory is an innovative concept. This is the ultimate meeting room, combining cutting edge modern technology with stripped down simplicity which aids focus and clarity. Perfect for brainstorming sessions, strategic meetings and product launches. There are several small breakout areas within the room.
The Thinking Factory can accomodate up to 15 people theatre style.
First Floor Lobby
Whilst not a meeting room our first floor lobby offers a luxe breakout space for tea, coffee and light bites. For the Castleknock and Sierra/Hawthorn rooms all breaks will be served in the ground floor lobby.
