Thinking Factory

The first of its kind in Ireland, our Thinking Factory is an innovative concept. This is the ultimate meeting room, combining cutting edge modern technology with stripped-down simplicity which aids focus and clarity. Perfect for brainstorming sessions, strategic meetings and product launches. There are several small breakout areas within the room. We have ClickShare available for use in the Thinking Factory.

Meeting Rooms

Phoenix Suite

The Phoenix Suite is the largest conference room in the hotel, perfect for a large range of meetings, events, lunches or banquets. Located beside reception on the ground floor, it is a multi-purpose venue with a wealth of flexible layout options and room configurations. The Phoenix Suite is made up of three rooms, the Sierra, Hawthorn and Walnut Suites, which can converge into one or two larger rooms as required.

Tower Suite

The Tower Suite is suitable as an alternative or addition to any of the Phoenix Suite conference rooms. Located on the ground floor with easy access to its own private bar, it also has an interconnecting door to the College Suite which is often used as a breakout room for food and drinks.

Castleknock Suite

One of the most popular meeting rooms in the hotel, the Castleknock Suite is located on the first floor at the rear of the hotel. With stunning views on three sides, the room also boasts a large wooden balcony that overlooks the golf course and lake.

Castle Suite

The Castle Suite is one of the smaller conference rooms on the ground floor. Blessed with an abundance of natural daylight, the room is popular for boardroom meetings, small conferences and private dining.

Boardroom

The Boardroom is the most prestigious meeting room in the hotel. The fixed walnut boardroom table can seat up to 12 people. A large wall-mounted 75' television screen provides a clear focal point for presentations or Hybrid Events. The Boardroom has the latest technology in audio-visual conferencing to ensure the most up-to-date approach to conferencing in the modern post-pandemic world.

Ashtown & Knockmaroon Suites

Both medium-sized meeting rooms are located on the first floor. We have ClickShare available in Ashtown/Knockmaroon Suites.

Somerton Suite

This is the smallest meeting room type. Suitable for interviews, small meetings, breakout rooms or presentations.

First Floor Lobby

Whilst not a meeting room our first-floor lobby offers a luxe breakout space for tea, coffee and light bites. For the Castleknock and Sierra/Hawthorn rooms all breaks will be served in the ground floor lobby.

My feedback would honestly be that everything was spot on. And that was commented on several times. Everything was ready precisely, the sign at the bottom of the stairs was good, everyone enjoyed the lunch meal and tea, and coffee was in plentiful supply and again ready for the specified times. We also really enjoyed our stay, rooms were lovely and our meal in the restaurant the night before was superb!
