Earth & Vine restaurant at Castleknock Hotel is back with a brand new delicious seasonal menu.
We are delighted to announce that we are now taking bookings for dinner at Earth & Vine, non-residents welcome. A mouth-watering array of dishes await on our a la carte menu best enjoyed in the comfortable, stylish yet cosy surroundings of Earth & Vine.
To start savour a burst of freshness with our burrata, heirloom tomato salad garnished with rocket, pesto and pomegranate or enjoy the pretty as a picture goats cheese tart served with beetroot puree and a hazelnut crumb.
For the main event enjoy our moist pan-fried chicken supreme served in a morel sauce with broccolini and a mini fondant potato. For the fish lovers we have a pan-fried hake served in a seafood bouillabaisse with charred fennel or the tasty sauteed prawn, sun dried tomato and basil risotto garnished with parmesan shavings.
There is something to suit all tastes with gluten free options available among many of our main courses. Let’s not forget about dessert as you soak up the ambience and gorgeous surroundings of Earth & Vine.
For something sweet chocolate lovers will adore the Belgian chocolate tart, for a zesty finish we recommend the deconstructed lemon meringue pie or for the more savoury at heart our Irish cheese selection will go down a treat!
