Neal Kearns, our Executive Head Chef at Castleknock Hotel has put together an extensive range of imaginative menus for your special day. If you would prefer, our chef can also completely custom-design a menu for you, to suit your tastes and requirements, in keeping with your specific budget.
The menus can be catered for any dietary requirements such as vegetarians, celiacs or vegans. Simply notify our events team at the time of booking to avail of a custom made menu for your special day.
Adjoining the garden at the back of the hotel there is a furnished patio area which can be used for BBQ’s.
