The hotel itself was an amazing venue, a lot of compliments from our guests. We had the ceremony in the Hotel, and the room was set up beautifully. The garden looked great, so happy we got the weather to use it and get our photographs taken there.
The staff were brilliant, and the food was amazing (so were the cocktails), again a lot of compliments!! We couldn’t have had a better day. Highly recommend Castleknock Hotel.”

From the moment we chose Castleknock Hotel as our wedding venue, we were truly blessed to be paired with Leone and Ciara as our wedding coordinators. From start to finish, their advice, support, and wealth of knowledge were invaluable.
Walking into the process, we really didn’t have a clue where to start, but they guided us every single step of the way — always one step ahead, reminding us of the things we’d never have thought of and gently steering us in the right direction. With two children and full-time jobs, life is hectic, and planning a wedding felt like a mountain we’d never climb. But Leone and Ciara made it all not only manageable, but genuinely enjoyable. They were the ultimate support system. No question was ever too big or too small — they handled everything with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Their recommendations for the day itself were spot-on and made everything run so smoothly. There really was nothing they couldn’t do.
On the day of the wedding, their presence was exactly the right balance — involved where needed, but never intrusive. Leone was like a fifth bridesmaid. She made me feel so comfortable, like I could trust her with anything — and I truly could. She even managed to get one of my favourite photos of the day, one I’ll treasure forever. “We want to say a massive thank you for all your help with the wedding. You were brilliant from the first day we met and booked the wedding right up until your clock out time on the day. You both made sure we had nothing to worry about and just got to sit back and enjoy the day – which we very much did. Even the delayed photographer was handled so quickly by you both and stood in and took lovely pictures for me too – He was so apologetic and very much made up for it throughout the day. He is phenomenal – came up while I changed shoes and took a few other pictures he would have taken first thing. All the guests (and family who hate pictures) loved how quick he got through everything we wanted and the photo booth he did went down a treat, he was kept very busy with that.
We had a fantastic day from start to finish and everyone raved about the cocktails and every piece of food that came out. The two lads behind the bar were brilliant too, and looked after everyone/put up with us for the night – they were brilliant, they lived the band as much as everyone else said they were the best they had heard – 2 fabolous lads there… We couldn’t have asked for anything more from you both and everyone at the hotel, everyone was fantastic and looked after us and all the guests so well. Thank you so much.Band and DJ were phenomenal too, ones you could recommend to future brides and grooms… brilliant at getting guests involved from the minute they hit the stage. “From the first minute to the final minute the support and professionalism we had was outstanding. I (bride) am not the best at organising and planning so was quite nervous at the thought of planning my biggest day. But from day one when we met the lovely Ciara, we were put at ease her calm friendly demeanour put us at ease straight away.
We were set up with a wedding app that simplifies everything and ensures no detail is missed. We were not never said no every detail we wanted was achievable with sound advice and guidance thrown in our day went without a hitch fantastic food and drinks and me and my husband was tended to the whole day making us feel very special.
One of our favourite evenings was the menu tasting the knowledge the service team had on all food and wine was top and again food was fabulous. so, we would highly recommend the Castleknock hotel and the amazing Ciara to plan your biggest day”

“Our wedding coordinator Leone – she made our wedding day. Completely supportive, guide throughout. Incredibly enthusiastic. I’m coeliac and I’ve been blown away by their gluten free food! The interior design of the entire hotel is absolutely stunning!! – we had dinner after our rehearsal, breakfast, a day 2 lunch as people were heading, all in different locations with different settings.
A genuine family friendly venue! Super friendly staff all throughout that genuinely seem to love their job (check out their Instagram, they have such banter!) Photographs on site in the wedding garden. Swimming pool and gym – really relaxed stay the night before / day after. Stunning bridal suites and guest accommodations. Put up Christmas decorations for us a little early!”
