A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu London, Blanca has worked in renowned kitchens across Spain and the UK and is the author of Soup, published by Blasta Books. Drawing on her extensive culinary experience and deep appreciation for Spanish food traditions, she will share fascinating insights and stories that bring each dish, wine and cultural tradition to life.
