Ensure to get a full night sleep and plenty of rest as overnight your skin repairs itself and a full night sleep will keep your skin healthy
 
Eat a healthy balanced diet of fruit and vegetables to nourish your skin from the inside out. Ensure to drink at least two litres of water a day to keep your skin hydrated
 
Practice a good skin routine of cleaning, toning and moisturising your skin each evening before bed. This allows your skin to breath at night time and prevents bacteria building up on your skin overnight
 
Once a week, exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin cells from the surface of your skin, and apply a skin nourishing mask afterwards. The mask will penetrate the lower layer of your skin and leave your skin feeling smooth, fresh and hydrated
 
Use cooled cucumber slices over your eyes for 10 minutes each evening to help hydrate the eye area and reduce any puffiness leaving the eyes feeling fresh and bright
 
Apply sunscreen- reduces the appearance of premature ageing, wrinkles & pigmentation
 
Avoid Facial wipes and soap on the face- by using facial wipes and soap on the skin it can strip the PH LEVEL causing the skin to become irritated & sensitised
