I cannot praise the Castleknock Hotel and their staff enough. Planning our wedding was made so smooth and easy by the incredible Leone (wedding co-ordinator). All our guests were blown away at the quality of care and food on the night. We were so happy with how our day went, everything was taken care of, the decor and the atmosphere was perfectly curated, the drinks were flowing, and the staff were attentive. I would highly recommend the Castleknock Hotel as a wedding venue.

After months of searching for a location, Castleknock was honestly the best experience from the moment we arrived to view the hotel. We both instantly said yes!

The hotel staff are incredible; they can’t do enough the go above and beyond for everyone and nothing is an issue.

My wedding morning was so calm, stress free and it’s because I had so much trust in the team that I had no worry of anything going wrong and if it did, I know I would have had the confidence that it would have been sorted without us even knowing. We were definitely in good hands.

My wife and I got married at Castleknock a few weeks ago, we couldn’t be asked for a more beautiful venue with the most incredible staff, we were treated so incredibly well by every single staff member from each department, the food was amazing, the service was incredible, the accommodation was unbelievable! Our coordinator was Ciara, and she is exceptional at her job, she was with us every step of our planning and took such great attention to detail in our big day! We both couldn’t recommend Castleknock Hotel more!!

All the staff in the Castleknock hotel were fantastic from start to finish, especially the wedding planning team that really helped guide us through the whole process and made sure everything went smoothly on the day. Many of our guests complemented the beautiful venue, professional staff and delicious food. The food is terrific, and the venue itself has many beautiful settings from the wedding ballroom to the gardens. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of venue and would recommend to anyone planning a wedding in Dublin.

We got married in Castleknock Hotel in August 2025. Leone was our wedding coordinator, and she was just amazing to work with. Every little detail, she thinks of everything. She is so professional an amazing at what she does, and just an all-round nice person. She really puts you at ease. The hotel itself was an amazing venue, a lot of compliments from our guests. We had the ceremony in the Hotel, and the room was set up beautifully. The garden looked great, so happy we got the weather to use it and get our photographs taken there. The staff were brilliant, and the food was amazing (so were the cocktails), again a lot of compliments!! We couldn’t have had a better day. Highly recommend Castleknock Hotel.

We booked our wedding in the middle of April 2025 and had our wedding in August 2025, we thought this would be challenging however it was made extremely easy with the help of Ciara our wedding coordinator, plus the whole staff in the hotel. The planning by Ciara and the hotel was 10/10 and we were made feel at ease with everything. From our experience I would highly recommend having your special day at this hotel as it’s a beautiful venue and the help we received was unbelievable. Nothing was to much for anything we requested, and they made our day forever so special, we can’t thank all involved enough.

Ciara was amazing to deal with from start to finish, really on top of all the small details, asking us the right questions for things we hadn’t thought of. Communication was great and responses were usually quick. They were really on the ball and were great to work with when we were organising the wedding while living abroad, moving the tasting around to facilitate us. The venue was gorgeous, food was delicious, and by and large everything went very smoothly. We had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend!

From the moment we chose Castleknock Hotel as our wedding venue, we were truly blessed to be paired with Leone and Ciara as our wedding coordinators. From start to finish, their advice, support, and wealth of knowledge were invaluable. Walking into the process, we really didn’t have a clue where to start, but they guided us every single step of the way — always one step ahead, reminding us of the things we’d never have thought of and gently steering us in the right direction. 

With two children and full-time jobs, life is hectic, and planning a wedding felt like a mountain we’d never climb. But Leone and Ciara made it all not only manageable, but genuinely enjoyable. They were the ultimate support system. No question was ever too big or too small — they handled everything with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Their recommendations for the day itself were spot-on and made everything run so smoothly. There really was nothing they couldn’t do.

On the day of the wedding, their presence was exactly the right balance — involved where needed, but never intrusive. Leone was like a fifth bridesmaid. She made me feel so comfortable, like I could trust her with anything — and I truly could. She even managed to get one of my favourite photos of the day, one I’ll treasure forever. She had a way of making everyone — from the smallest children to our older relatives, even our photographer — feel seen, valued, and completely at ease.

Honestly, without Leone, Ciara, and the entire wedding coordination team at Castleknock Hotel, our day wouldn’t have been the same. Their dedication, warmth, and expertise made it magical. We’ll always be grateful.

You made the whole experience personable and supported us the whole way through to make sure we got everything for our big day from the little things to the more important things. We will be forever grateful to have had your team with us on the day. You can use the above as testimonial however we want to say that we will be forever grateful for the experience we had in Castleknock for our wedding day and in the run up to it. Leone and Ciara made sure we got everything done and gave us all the advice we needed to pull off what was a brilliant party.

They kept in touch and kept us in order too as we were a bit slow to get suppliers in place. They were amazing in every way. I would also love to thank Rachel who looked after us from the dinner. She was the loveliest lady who couldn’t do enough for us and so attentive. The food and layout of everything was beautiful. As a bride I not have got through the morning of the wedding without Leone by my side. She really is a beautiful soul, and any couple would be very lucky to have her support.

We want to say a massive thank you for all your help with the wedding. You were brilliant from the first day we met and booked the wedding right up until your clock out time on the day. You both made sure we had nothing to worry about and just got to sit back and enjoy the day- which we very much did. Even the delayed photographer was handled so quickly by you both and stood in and took lovely pictures  for me too – He was so apologetic and very much made up for it throughout the day. He is phenomenal – came up while I changed shoes and took a few other pictures he would have taken first thing. All the guests (and family who hate pictures) loved how quick he got through everything we wanted and the photo booth he did went down a treat, he was kept very busy with that.

We had a fantastic day from start to finish and everyone raved about the cocktails and every piece of food that came out. The two lads behind the bar were brilliant too, and looked after everyone/put up with us for the night – they were brilliant, they lived the band as much as everyone else said they were the best they had heard – 2 fabulous  lads there… We couldn’t have asked for anything more from you both and everyone at the hotel, everyone was fantastic and looked after us and all the guests so well.

Thank you so much. Band and DJ were phenomenal too, ones you could recommend to future brides and grooms… brilliant at getting guests involved from the minute they hit the stage. Can’t thank you enough for everything and will come over after the honeymoon.

From the first minute to the final minute the support and professionalism we had was outstanding. I (bride) am not the best at organising and planning so was quite nervous at the thought of planning my biggest day. But from day one when we met the lovely Ciara, we were put at ease her calm friendly demeanor put us at ease straight away.

We were set up with a wedding app that simplifies everything and ensures no detail is missed. We were not never said no every detail we wanted was achievable with sound advice and guidance thrown in our day went without a hitch fantastic food and drinks and me and my husband was tended to the whole day making us feel very special.

One of our favourite evenings was the menu tasting the knowledge the service team had on all food and wine was top and again food was fabulous. so, we would highly recommend the Castleknock hotel and the amazing Ciara to plan your biggest day

Our wedding coordinator Leone – she made our wedding day. Completely supportive, guide throughout. Incredibly enthusiastic. I’m coeliac and I’ve been blown away by their gluten free food! The interior design of the entire hotel is absolutely stunning!! – we had dinner after our rehearsal, breakfast, a day 2 lunch as people were heading, all in different locations with different settings.

A genuine family friendly venue! Super friendly staff all throughout that genuinely seem to love their job (check out their Instagram, they have such banter!) Photographs on site in the wedding garden. Swimming pool and gym – really relaxed stay the night before / day after. Stunning bridal suites and guest accommodations. Put up Christmas decorations for us a little early!

We fell in love with Castleknock Hotel as our wedding venue as soon as we stepped foot inside at a wedding showcase. From booking our wedding until we checked out the day after our big day, the service and hospitality we experienced was exceptional. Leone is an amazing wedding co ordinater.

She couldn’t do enough for us throughout the planning stages and on our wedding weekend itself. She and all of the staff had everything under control so that we didnt have to worry about anything at all. The staff all ensured that we had a stress-free experience and made sure we enjoyed and soaked up our big day.

We got married on the 6th September in the Castleknock Hotel. From the moment we visited the hotel we knew we were going to book our wedding. We just loved the whole vibe of the hotel. We had the most amazing wedding from start to finish.
